How we deal with your order
All orders are processed by Paypal. When you order using our online shopping basket a total will be calculated and passed to Paypals secure servers to be processed. Paypal will encrypt all subsequent customer information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
All checkout totals are inclusive of all taxes and postage & packing.
At no point will we see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. We only see your email address and order details when we login to our PayPal Business Account. We do not retain any information regarding the order and subsequent transaction on our servers. The checkout total is calculated and retained using temporary session variables. The session variable only records the name of the products and the running total costs.

Order Confirmation of Payment & Approval
As soon as PayPal accepts your payment you will be emailed a payment acknowledgement slip with an option to print. This electronic receipt is generated automatically and sent to both the buyer and Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery. The payment acknowledgment slip will include our company name, a support phone number, and company e-mail address.
Our approval of your order occurs at the point of purchase. In addition, we will inform customers by phone or via email when the goods have been dispatched.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
- If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
We endeavour to deliver goods to anywhere on the UK mainland within 2-3 working days.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery cannot be held responsible for any disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our control. If such action occurs the customer will be offered delivery via an alternative method.
We have no problem with customers wishing to cancel an order prior to dispatch. To tell us you wish to cancel your order please email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions
All Sales are subject to the following trading terms - these terms and conditions do not affect the consumers statutory rights:
Delivery prices are quoted for UK Mainland only.
We endeavour to deliver your consignment within 2-3 days of payment being received.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel, please write to us stating your full details and invoice number (or your PayPal acknowledgement number) within seven working days of receiving your consignment. Once you have cancelled, you have a legal duty of care to ensure the goods are not damaged and that they are returned, at your expense, to Carol Cooper at Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery.
Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery will not exploit your email address, telephone or shipping address for direct marketing purposes without your prior consent. We will also ensure that no data collected during the transaction and delivery process is distributed amongst third-party agencies.
Customers, by providing their shipping details, give Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery the right to store their personal information to the extent necessary to process orders and arrange delivery.
Because all the entire transaction process takes place on PayPals own securely encrypted servers, we have neither access to nor the ability to store card/account information.
All information is handled fully in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
